H. E. The Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia in Canberra welcomed 29 students from Papua New Guinea

During the visit, the Ambassador held a discussion with the students about Indonesia’s diplomacy in relation to Australia and Papua New Guinea.

After the discussion, the 29 PNG students were invited to play Javanese gamelan at the Cultural Tourism Hall of the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra.

The PNG student delegation was accompanied by professors who had supervised them during their time at Curtin University.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia in Canberra, together with the Education and Cultural Attaché, received a visit from 29 students from Papua New Guinea who have been studying for three months at Curtin University, on Tuesday, 27 May 2024.

During the visit, the Ambassador held a discussion with the students about Indonesia’s diplomacy in relation to Australia and Papua New Guinea.
