Alur Penyetaraan Ijazah


School Transfer Certificate

  1. Requests for a school transfer certificate should be submitted before the applicant leaves Australia to return to Indonesia.

    The requirements for obtaining a school transfer certificate are as follows:

    1. A request letter addressed to the Education and Cultural Attaché Abroad.
    2. A scanned copy of the child’s passport and a photocopy of the passport of one parent undertaking official duty/study leave in Australia, including:
      • the identification page, and
      • the page showing the passport validity period.
    3. A scanned letter from the school principal stating the student’s most recent grade level at the school.
    4. A scanned copy of the student’s latest report card.
    5. All required documents must be clearly scanned in PDF format.

    Additional information:

    • Processing time: maximum of 5 (five) working days.
    • There is no fee for this service.
    • The certificate will be sent to the applicant’s email address as a colored scanned copy.
    • The original certificate may be collected from the Embassy Reception by stating the request in the body of the email.

Higher Education Accreditation Certificate

  1. Requests for a higher education accreditation certificate should preferably be submitted before the applicant leaves Australia to return to Indonesia.

    The requirements for obtaining a higher education accreditation certificate are as follows:

    1. A request letter addressed to the Education and Cultural Attaché Abroad.
    2. Diploma certificate (if available) and academic transcript to be assessed for equivalency.
    3. Passport, including:
      • the identification page, and
      • the page showing the passport validity period.
    4. A letter from the university confirming that the applicant has fulfilled the graduation requirements (completion course confirmation letter), including the total duration/number of weeks of study completed.
    5. The CRICOS course code/program code of the completed study program.
    6. Scholarship award letter from the sponsoring institution (if applicable).
    7. Official assignment/study permit letter (for civil servants/public officials).

    All required documents must be clearly scanned in PDF format.
