Following the success of Round 1, the RMIT Asia Hub is pleased to announce that applications are opening on 7 July for Round 2 of the IEIF – ASEAN Research Collaboration Project, which will commence from 6 October 2025 to 19 December 2025.
This project is administered by the Australian Government Department of Education through the International Education Innovation Fund and is delivered in partnership with the RMIT Asia Hub.
The RMIT Asia Hub is inviting applications from Early Career Researchers (ECRs) across ASEAN member states who have completed their PhD within eight years of applying to participate in this Project. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to complete a research project at an Australian research institution over one to three months.
Eligible research areas include agriculture and food, resources and energy, infrastructure, and the green economy. This is a fantastic experience to work alongside top Australian researchers, gain international experience, and contribute to key research priorities between Australia and ASEAN.
