The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Canberra facilitated 12 university students in the Pre-Service Teacher (Guru Bantu) Program for Term 3 of 2025 (July–September period).
Of the 12 pre-service teachers, 8 were assigned in Canberra and 4 in Melbourne.
At the end of their assignment, the pre-service teachers based in Canberra had the opportunity to hold a discussion with the Indonesian Ambassador and the Education and Cultural Attaché regarding their experiences during the program, on 27 September 2025.
Also present on this occasion were two students from the Australian National University who had completed their internship under the ANIP program at the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra.
